Due to the nature of our products being 100% custom and handmade, we DO NOT offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of ordering. After this timeframe, cancellations will NOT be approved.

Please ensure that you are selecting the correct nail size before placing your order as Embellished Tips will not be held responsible if the incorrect size is ordered.

Sizing Kits are available for purchase and are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  For reference, our Sizing Guide is provided under every product listing as well as under the Homepage menu to assist you finding the correct fit.

As a reminder, our processing time is listed on our Home Page and under each listing. We will not refund based on failure to read/understand our processing times.

*Expedited Shipping does not override our processing times. 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item. This should be done within 24 hours, so that we can evaluate and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
