How long will it take for me to get my nails?
Current PROCESSING TIME for our handmade press on nails is 7-21 business days. Orders may be completed sooner, based on incoming orders and work flow. We ask that you allow the full processing time prior to sending emails inquiring about completion date .
Does paying for expedited shipping mean that I'll get my nails in 2 days?
No. Orders are processed in the order received. Our processing timeframe applies to ALL orders. Paying for expedited shipping simply means that you will get your order in 2 days AFTER the processing time has ended.
How do I find out what size I'll need?
There are two options to help find your correct nail size. You can refer to our Size Guide, located on our Homepage Menu as well as under each product listing. The other option that we highly recommend, is to purchase our sample Sizing Kit to ensure the most accurate fit in your preferred shape(s).
How long will my nails stay on?
This depends on several factors such as how well you prep your natural nails before applying them, your choice of adhesive, and how active you are with your hands.
With adhesive gel nail tabs, your nails can last for a few hours up to a few days. Gel nail tabs are ideal for special occasions, those who may be limited to nail wear due to their profession or simply for those who like to switch their nail designs often.
With nail glue, your press-ons may last anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks.
With either choice, avoid water for at least 2 hours after applying your nails.
What is included with my press-ons?
In addition to your custom nail set, all orders come with a complimentary nail application kit. Contents include a nail file, nail buffer, 2g professional nail glue, adhesive gel nail tabs, alcohol prep pad, a cuticle pusher and an instruction card.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. The use of nail adhesive tabs will make your press-ons reusable.
If you prefer nail glue, we suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. It'll lightly remove any built up glue on the back of the nails and give you more wears.
Can changes be made to a set?
Yes! Changes can include making a set a different color, choosing a matte or glossy topcoat, or small design changes. If you have a change request, please provide info in the “Add a note to your order” section at checkout. Changes must be requested within 24hrs of checkout.
Do you offer order pick-up or drop off?
Orders processed through the website will be shipped primarily via USPS or can be picked up if local. Drop offs are not available but we will revisit this option in the near future.
What if I purchased the incorrect size?
Please ensure that you are entering the correct size before finalizing your order. We are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. There are sample Nail Size Kits available in 19 shapes/lengths for purchase as well as a Sizing Guide to help you find the perfect fit. Replacement nails are available for a small fee.
Does Embellished Tips offer custom designs?
Absolutely! If you have a design concept in mind or would like to have a set recreated, complete our Custom Order Form. You can send a detailed email to info@embellishedtips.com to start this process as well. Please keep in mind that recreation set’s final designs may be unique from the original.
Can I cancel my order?
You will only be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Under no circumstances will you be able to cancel after that timeframe. Please contact us with your order number for modifications during this timeframe or we will proceed with your order as is. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
